Improvement of company’s financial statements and auditing reports in the last three years, ERP based processes, implementing financial engineering and integral systems (IMS), training the employees in the last three years, modification of internal controlling weak points, receiving company’s claims, removal of parallel activities lacking value-added, end price, performance-based budgeting and performance-based auditing are among KPIC’s financial status indexes.
