Kermanshah Petrochemical Industries Company herein after referred to as KPIC is going to sell certain amount of Urea Fertilizer through tender as per following conditions. Hence, you are invited to submit your offer utmost 31th March, 2014, 4 p.m. to the following email addresses:

Note 1: BUYER should proceed with the payment of 20% down payment within 3 days after receiving the proforma invoice, otherwise the tender will be awarded to another bidder.
Note 2: The 80% balance of the total value shall be paid prior to arrival of the vessel. Otherwise, the loading will be cancelled.
Note 3: SELLER full details of banking information will be given with final sales contract and SELLER reserves the right to use one of its alternate corporate bank accounts in abroad. In the event an alternate account is to be used, SELLER will notify BUYER of the new coordinates.
Note 4: KPIC makes its best endeavors to supply product ordered, however supply is subject to availability. SELLER reserves the right at its absolute discretion to confirm or reject any offer or ignore the result of the tender.
